Ontario Renal Plan

The Ontario Renal Plan is the road map for how we will continue to improve the lives of those at risk for and living with chronic kidney disease. This plan was developed in consultation with our partners and stakeholders, including patients, family members and kidney care providers. It addresses patient care across all stages of the kidney care journey, from early detection and dialysis to palliative care and transplant.
